Interview process was great. They reached out pretty quickly. Had a total of 4 interviews over teams. 1. Interview with hiring manager 2. Interview with another manager in the department 3. Interview with HR 4. Interview with head of department 5. Offer/ acceptance meeting with HR I also would like to add the communication with them about the role, benefits, and expectations was amazing. I have had several interviews with several different companies and Orveon was crystal clear about everything, fully transparent which is not always the case. The process was quick and they worked around my schedule really well. They were clear in every interview with how the process was going. Working here so far has been great; which honestly is not surprising. I find companies who are transparent in the interview process are the best to work for. I put very easy difficulty, but it wasn’t really about difficulty. It was more of they stated what they wanted; I stated what I wanted and goals, opportunities, and personalities matched. Which is really what an interview should be about anyways. I put very easy because the process was painless and smooth. Not because the questions they asked were inherently difficult or easy.
