First round was written.java program o/p, one program u need to write in java.some queries in sql. second round was face to face.he got one copy and from that he was asking questions.he was expecting same answer from candidate.first time seeing this.rejected me because he don't know java itself.

It was a normal conversation that turned into person to person interview. I took the opportunity to ask for marketing intern (volunteer) position to the company. The process took about 2 months.
