The interview process consisted of 6 interviews:
Recruiter screen
Hiring Manager screen
Engineering Leader interview
Science Leader interview
Product Leader interview
Program Leader interview
The process took about two weeks from start to finish. The communication with the recruiter about what to expect was timely and on point. Scheduling was easy and well organized. The leaders that I met with asked challenging and probing questions. The format itself was conversational and everyone I spoke with was professional. Expectations were set at the beginning of each interview. Each session had at least a few prepared questions as well as extemporaneous conversation about relevant topics for the role and company.
Overall it was a very smooth and well run experience. Ultimately I had a positive outcome, but even if I hadn't, Oura would have my compliments on a very positive and well communicated experience.
