Interview
To me the interview felt much more comprehensive than I was used to and prepared for. Altogether three rounds with different people, first the HR, then the hiring manager with a possible future colleague then with a director and a person working in a similar role I was applying. The atmosphere in the interviews was easy going and to me it felt more like an open discussion rather than bombardment of detailed questions. The interviewers were true professionals and well prepared to use all the time reserved.
