I met with 4 managers, including the Senior Vice President of Sales. The interviews were pretty casual and standard until my last one. They want to know that you are willing to work and want dedication to the business since its a start up. The interviews were all very conversational.

Just like many sales jobs they have a young attractive girl meet with you so you'll want the job. The girl I interviewed with had a chip on her should and a lot of space between her ears.. They will give the job to anyone to keep people coming in and out the door

Comprehensive and to the point. They ask the right questions to make sure you're a good fit for the job. The interview was thorough and received an offer on the way home. They move very quickly.

Very laid back interview. Basically, it consisted of questions regarding my goals and ambition. The manager was very interested and orchestrated the interview, while the front desk assistant sat, stared, and asked (maybe) 2 questions. I was told I would receive a call the following week, yet I was never given any feedback -- even after I emailed regarding the status of continuing the recruitment process.
