I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Owens Corning (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2014
Interview
Had to have a phone screening to start off. Within the next two weeks you should be contacted about coming to a plant for a tour, dinner with the other candidates, followed by a day of interviews. Typically its two interviews each with a technical person and an HR rep.

Question 1
They asked me right off the bat where I wanted to be in 5-10 years. Asked about my manufacturing experience, why I wanted to work in manufacturing. Also asked me about a time when I was working under a time constraint as well as a time when I had to use creativity to accomplish something innovative.
Got selected for video interview. Not too difficult, basic questions. Was 30 minutes long.
There were 2 interviewers. 'How would you rate your skill in SolidWorks?' 'Describe a time you had to lead a team'
I met them at the Career Fair meeting followed by 30 minute sit down interview the next day. There were two interviewers on my panel, one person was a member of HR and the other person was an Engineer who had gone through their rotational program.
