The interview was for a EHS Internship position and it was held during my schools career fair. Owens Corning had a panel of three gentleman. One was a developmental program student, one was global leader, and the last was a regional leader. The questions were more behavioral and leadership based as opposed to skill based. We had a great conversation and it was very relaxed. They really cared and we're engaged.
