Initial phone screens, then panel interviews. Phone screen is a competency test to test your general aptitude, personality, and ability to be hired for the job. This would be a fit test. After passing initial phone screens they fly you in for an in-person phone scree. Situational interview using the standard Situation, Task, Action, Result format most companies use.

Tell me about a time you had conflict with your boss where you didn't agree with them. How do you address and resolve the problem?
In depth panel. Very deep thinking questions. Not difficult questions just deep team fit questions. The team was very friendly and family feel. The plant operations is a different story.

Interview
Asked about myself then a series of situational questions. Was a panel of three people. Were professional and inclusive. Also gave me a tour of the plant which I highly appreciated.
