Owens Corning interview questions

STAR format interview- The interview was a panel with four people and the candidate. Each current employee asked questions. The feel of the interview was formal with little option to stray from the topic.

Initial phone screening, followed by 3-round in-person interview (all same day). Interviews all consisted of pretty standard STAR-based questions. No questions really stood out as being difficult. Some repeat questions in various interview panels.
