Intro call with recruiter lasted no more then 10 minutes. She was nice but told me had to do a sales assessment test. For clarity, this was NOT a SALES ASSESSMENT TEST. Zero sales questions were asked and most likely I didn’t do to well. As a company based in NJ.. you would think they would actively be looking to acquire top talent not disqualify. Obviously the test is VC backed but Ownbackup can do a better job.

Interview
Intial meetings with the internal talent acquisition team. The next step was with the hiring manager, and then if successful a meeting with the AVP, the VP and then present a 30-60-90 plan
4 interviews, about 45 minutes each. HR screening, Hiring manager, Reginal director, panel interview. Overall was 2 months process, and HR could not answer questions about the panel interview results.

Interview process was smooth. 3 Stage process with a 45 minute long panel/presentation. Panel was a mixture of personal introduction, achievements in the past year and my understanding of the role and the product I will be selling.
