Interview process consisted of an initial recruiter round, two initial rounds of conversations with hiring manager and stakeholder and then a case study round. The company was very prompt in scheduling interviews and getting them done but not about feedback. It required repeated follow-up emails only to be informed about 4-5 weeks later that they had already hired someone else, after you gave a detailed case study round. They did not even bother to respond, even after repeated emails to the recruiter, senior recruiter and hiring manager. Three recruiters changed hands during the process. Overall, team was good but very disorganized interview process, poor recruiting team and little regard for candidates and their time spent in follow-ups.
