First - HR call for about 15-20 mins, just about your interest and typical HR question. They explain the case study process. Second - Given case study early morning and 24 hours to prepare a presentation. You go in person and present to the manager and one team member. Then interview questions about stuff from your resume and what you look for in a team etc. They also explained the team dynamic.
