I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Oxford University Press (Melbourne) in Feb 2020
Interview
A short phone interview, with one of the editors. Prior to the interview, there was an application stage where you had to provide background information, along with your resume, previous jobs, education, skills, references and other things. The phone interview itself was very simple
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why you want to work there? What could you bring to the company?
it was good and engaging, lots to learn and experience, the interviewer were welcoming, asked nice and probing questions. made me feel included and heard my opinions as well. would like to work for them in the future
I applied online. I interviewed at Oxford University Press (New Delhi) in Jan 2025
Interview
An editor test ( email writing + cover editing) ,if you qualify the first round then there will be an interview, ( situational questions would be asked) could be taken by your lead, foreign heads altogether
Lengthy and time consuming given the level of the job and the poor salary - if you have such a stringent interview process, you're probably undervaluing the job position. Interviewers were friendly, though.
