My experience with PACCAR was the longest and most frustrating interview process I’ve ever encountered. After going through several rounds of interviews and even completing an assignment, I waited for a month without any update. Despite reaching out to the recruiter multiple times for a status update, I received no response. Eventually, I got an automated rejection email, which felt completely rude and distasteful considering the effort and time I invested. It’s disappointing that after such a lengthy process, PACCAR couldn't have the decency to provide a personalized rejection notice. I would not want to work for a company that follows this kind of practice.
