Interview
I applied online. After a week, I got a phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager, a panel of 3, and two other one-on-one interviews. The people seemed nice, but the office looked straight from the 1920s, very sad and dry corporate like office and culture. 70% of the interview was about why it's important to wear a suit and tie to work every day and why the company culture is very inflexible, and it won't adapt to this day and age.
3 weeks after the interview, and still absolutely no words from the recruiter or the hiring manager, despite sending them a few follow-up emails. Very unprofessional.

Question 1
The questions were all behavioral and nothing out of ordinary. Tell me about yourself? Why this company/role?
