3/4 interviews drawn out over 2 months because my application was lost/forgotten, normal company timelines, etc. The only reason I know this is because I have an inside man who referred me. He has apologized again and again for the treatment I received from Paper.
Seemingly made great connections with a couple of interviewers. Only to have no contact from them again after I received the denial email. I asked for feedback from the 3rd interview thru 3 people. Received limited communications but eventually heard feedback that didn’t resemble the conversation I know I had. I had a fantastic time getting to know these people, and it hurts me to know they gave such poor feedback. I REALLY want to work at PAPER but this is a toxicity flag. I was willing to wait for months in the application process for a slap in the face.
