it was a 2 step process initial first interview where i talked to several people and then then a short second interview where money and an job offer and start date was discussed

Atleast a 2 interview process. Simple interview questions and nice walk through the plant on the 2nd interview. Management is organized with their questions and open to answering questions asked.
