Straight forward with three interviews. The team knew exactly what they were looking for and answered all of my questions. It was professional and welcoming. It seemed like the team was aware of their strengths and who would thrive. They are not beyond helping and coaching.

I was contacted by a employee of PennyMac Brant and we had a phone interview. He was great at explaining company/opportunity. I knew nothing about the company and was not looking for a career. He got me interested at the end of the conversation with him.
