Had one phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty straight forward interview. Asked about how you feel about cold calling... sales related questions. Also some personality related question. Received offer next morning.

1st round is 30 minute phone call with recruiter, very basic questions about past experiences and why you’re passionate about sales. In house recruiter, super nice person to talk to.
