My experience was unprofessional, unorganized, and disappointing to say the least. Their typing test was some horrible online test and their computer kept locking up so it did not give a fair assessment of your typing speed. They give you a test of the US map to see if you know where the states are. Or at least that was supposed to be the point. You had to have the shape of the state memorized on a blank map with no lines and drag it to the exact spot. It was a joke. To give you a clue as to how ridiculous it was, I got Florida wrong!!! The computer was locking up as I was dragging it and it was trying to put FL in the ocean. When I finally got to the interview portion, the kid seemed nice enough. And yes, I do mean kid. As I looked around, I could not help but notice the lack of maturity in that place and also very small number of minorities. And when I say that, I don't just mean color, I mean sex. Very few women. The place was like a frat house. I was not surprised at all that I did not get the job. I did not fit into the wonderfully crafted "frat boy" description. Their loss, not mine. By the way, I have a degree, several years of sales experience as well as management experience and I did not get the job. Hmm. Very odd. Yet there were kids there with no experience, fresh out of college. And they wonder why they have a high turnover. You get what you pay for folks!
