I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PLS Logistics Services in Jul 2015
Interview
First, the HR recruiter will contact you for a screening interview. After that, you will do an on site interview with the local office you're applying at for the position. The HR rep there will set up the computer for you to take a basic geography test and typing test. You'll then have another interview with the recruiter over Skype. Finally, the Sales Manager of the office will interview you, and review your resume with you. If they like you then you'll be offered the position by the recruiter. They hire as a class of new recruits on a monthly basis, so you'll start at the end of the month with several other new hires at the office.
