I had two phone interviews that were pretty basic interview questions - Why I want to sell, Why I would be good at inside sales, strengths, weaknesses, goals - financial expectations....
Interview at facility in pittsburgh consisted of lunch with HR recruiter and current Account Executive. Very beneficial as I was able to ask questions, hear relevant stories, and get a feel for the culture. After lunch, met brand manager and was offered position. He explained position and company on detailed level. Great culture, young and fast paced environment.
