Very laid back, lack of a good culture, if you want to get into logistics sales or account management. This is not the company you want to work for, do your research and work anywhere else! Have to work weekends, low pay, then you get put just on commission which is a horrible thing when the market tightens back up. Lack of resources to find companies to call.
