First round, on-campus interview with 2 people who had gone through the program and now worked as analysts in Asset Management. Mostly behavioral questions, a stock pitch, and a brain-teaser. Friendly and not very high-pressure.

I applied through the university career website, got an invitation for an on campus interview, which happened two days later. After three day, got an invitation to the super day, which happened another two days later.
During the super day, I had 3 interviews with two managers at a time.

Interview
The process was an on campus interview followed by a super day at PNC's headquarters. The process was pretty informal followed by some trickier questions at the super day. If you want candidates to work with you you should be more engaging and enthusiastic about the position and the application process.
