I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process I experience with PNC progressed in a more efficient, expeditious manner than I had ever experienced.
Telephone contact was quickly established, an initial telephone screening was easily scheduled to take place within a few days and next steps were clearly communicated. An on-site interview was scheduled within another few days and one of my on-site interviewers almost immediately followed up with his own telephone call simply to ensure our meeting details were confirmed.
The interview surroundings were very professional and impressive. A smartly designed conference room with extensive multi-media capability was selected for our meeting. The two interviewers asked meaningful, poignant questions without any of the "fluff" questions some other employers seem to enjoy using. The conversation was respectful, crisp and pleasant. The skill of the interviewers allowed me to form a comfort level, which in turn allowed them to draw information they needed from me to their satisfaction.
This positive experience culminated in my being offered a position the day after the on-site interview. The entire process from my applying to my receiving an employment offer took just over one week.

Question 1
As a Business Systems Analyst, you often must direct conversations between divergent groups. For example, a typical meeting may include you having to take input from line of business representatives (non-technical) and helping formulate/communicate their needs to Application Developers (exclusively technical). How do you ensure effective communication in such a scenario?
Three round of interviews, First via phone and other two in person. After the last interview, I got offer within a week. Pretty straight forward process. Great work life balance.

How to do help your team if they aren't able to finish committed work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Initital communication was a resume drop through my university. PNC reached out for an on-campus interview, but something happened to my original interviewer day-of, and I had a phone interview instead. I then took online tests (skills and personality), and had a virtual video interview, which was extremely awkward, in which I was being filmed answering questions that I read off the screen. Lastly I was flown out to Pittsburgh for Super Day.
