I applied to PNC bank teller position online and got a call back after a week later via email. She told me to respond the email with in 24 hours and take online assessment test. I did, and scheduled for group interview two days later. We were about 12-15 people. Almost every body had some experience of teller position. Mangers from different branch came and selected who they want.

Question 1
It wasn't difficult question, it was basically tell us about your self, tell me a situation when you dealt with difficult customer, tell me a situation where you gave above and beyond customer satisfaction, and why should we hire you. I have been called for second interview and I am waiting for the results
