It was really basic interview but the pay was not worth the work you needed to put in. I decided not to take the role. The process was interviewing with hiring manager, his manager and a bank manager.

Recruiter, then direct supervisor, phone interviews, described the role and compensation. really looking for a good fit as opposed to just looking for another body. The process was good and I decided it wouldn't be a good fit for me at this time early on saving a lot of effort. They were very nice and under different circumstances I would be willing to work with them.

It was a group interview with about 30 participants. We were asked questions in this group format. There were representatives from HR there as well and multiple branch managers. Word.
