Interview
I had two interviews for this position. I was already a part time teller. They asked me why I wanted to be a universal banker. They asked me what my CIQ monthly score was. They also asked me about my rolling 12 month balancing. I told them that I knew I could increase each clients relationship with PNC, just look at my referrals. I told them I was #2 in the region for referrals.

Interview
Very intense, recruiter was a little much . The process itself was fine and the questions were typical. Just felt like it was a demeaning interview almost. Could have been a little better.
