We had a preinterview dinner on campus the night before, which included a presentation and Q&A. The next day they conducted on campus interviews. It was one on one and very qual. We ran down my resume, talked about why I wanted to work for them, leadership qualities, ect.

Fairly streamlined, the recruiters reached out over phone, then straight to a super day where I had multiple interviews with analysts all the way up to MDs. Then finally interns where asked to rank their preference of location on a sheet.

The process was alright. It was a standard on campus interview. The questions were mostly behavioral with one or two technicals. A lot of it was focused on why I want the job and how my experiences fit. It was a good experience but no offer.

The process started with an online application. After being selected to interview, I was invited to a networking event the day before the on campus interview. The interview was a fairly typical first round on-campus interview and wasn’t very technical.
