I applied online. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
Two-step process. First was an on-campus interview that was primarily behavioral interview, then a super-day downtown at their headquarters. The super-day was three 30-minute interviews, ranging from leadership, diversity, and how well you work with different age groups.

Interview
I applied for the Operational Excellence Undergraduate Intern position, and within two weeks, I had to do a virtual interview. Some of the questions that were asked were: To get started, tell us a little about yourself. Tell us your name, school you attend and major. Celebrating and recognizing accomplishments is very important to PNC’s culture. What career, academic or professional experience are you most proud of? Why? PNC differentiates itself from our competitors in many ways. What is it that attracts you to PNC as an employer? Why are you interested in Operations and how does this role relate to your mid-to-long term career aspirations? Provide an example of a time when you had to change your approach during a project or task in light of new information.

Interview
On-campus interview, then super-day with 3 rounds of interviews. On-campus interview was super easy, and then the super day was good if you've done mock-interviews before, just can be exhausting.
