I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group
Interview
Internal interviews are based on behavioral questions instead of experience and education. Pay not competitive versus other financial institutions. Once an employee I believe behavioral questions should be limited and more based on education and experience.

Question 1
What would you do if you found out a co-worker or manager was violating the code of ethics?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2015
Interview
Pretty simple, typical behavioral question, have examples, be genuine and shot excitement/extreme interest. Two managers in the room, another manager on the phone asking behavioral questions. Rather low key, no real pressure worked with you as you were answering the questions.
