Interview
Started late and the conference room was the size of a closet, but the panel seemed to genuinely like working there. You have to get badged to enter which is a bit tedious for an interview in my opinion. I'd suggest conducting interviews off-site, especially if it helps to keep things on schedule.

They spent more time talking about the position than asking about anything. I was asked "what would I do in the event of a service disruption?" (system is down, customers not able to use the system).

I had a rushed interview with the hiring manager and did not receive any feedback when I asked the recruiter, although they regularly replied beforehand. The interview process was average, and I had two people. The person who would be my boss was in another call and was only listening in
Good, very interesting and well paced. Very knowledgeable. Interesting facets of the company occuring. Well thought put processes and innovative ideas. Working torwards a good goal and setting a positive example for others.

Interview
The hiring process was very easy. However it was pathetic of them to first say that they will release an offer and then come back and say 2 weeks later that they are not moving forward
