Interview
I have 3 interview days, one preliminary, a second more in depth interview with scenario and situational questions, an "interview day eve" reception the night before the 3rd day and a 3rd day where there were 3 30-minute interviews with department managers, with questions regarding teamwork, scenarios, situation problems, handling situations, and problem solving, as well as personality and skills discussions and exercises.

There was a short phone interview just for them to get to know you better. I was then invited to a Super Day where I had 2 interviews. They were more technical and looked over your resume more

Was contacted with an initial phone screening about the internship program and my application. A few months later, I proceeded to an on-site Super Day with two behavioral interviews. Talked to one individual and then a group of two people for the two interviews.

Standard one on one interview. They asked questions that you would expect in a normal interview. There was a total of 3 interviews in one day. They referred to is as a super day. All managers seemed very nice and respectful and many of the people that interviewed got jobs.
