PNC Financial Services Group Software Engineer I interview questions

The interview process started with a phone call with an email with a recruiter which was followed with a phone call. The next step consisted of a zoom meeting with a member of the technology team.

Contacted by HR and asked a few preliminary questions before setting up an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager discussed information on the company, position, resume, and background information. Ending things off with a very simple technical question at the end. The final interview was with a senior (or lead?) developer and was mostly a technical discussion. Unfortunately, I was asked many things that were not listed on my resume and further prodded at the topics that were not on my resume.. (Ex: trying to get into a discussion about NoSQL, when I clearly had only SQL experience listed on my resume). Seems that my background was not fit for the job, which is fine, but not sure why I was led on to the final interview.
