Got a call from HR after I sent in my resume. We talked and she wanted to have me do a video interview. Took 4 days to hear back on this. Then couldn't schedule it for another week. The HR person told me they were in the office 2 times a week. Great! Get to the interviews. 5 people, spread out over 3 hours over two days. Interviews went ok, I have no regrets how I did. Didn't get the offer, which I'm at peace with. BUT all I got out was a form letter rejection that wasn't even updated to reflect the total process. HR, if you're reading this, and a candidate makes it this far, at least give them the feedback as to why they were passed up, it will help them in their job search. I even reached out asking for feedback and got radio silence. It just shows that you absolutely don't care about the candidates, and probably don't care about the employees either.
