I applied for a role online, and about 6 weeks later a recruiter called and said she would like to interview me for a role she felt was more suitable to my skills. We set a date and time. She didn't call at the appointment time. So I called the cell number on her email, it didn't exist. I called the direct line number and left a message. Over half an hour later she called and apologized, but could I still talk? I said yes as I have been interested in working for the company for a long time, but already felt that with this level of professionalism it was not the type of organization I wanted to be associated with. During the interview she seemed more intent on telling me about all the "perks" of working there. Not only where they all unattractive to me, at that stage of the process I am only interested in the role and how my skills and experience will fit their needs, and if the role is of interest to me. I went through the interview and was told she would present my information to the team and would get back to me. I have since followed up on more than one occasion both by email and call, and have not had the courtesy of a response. Given that experience PROS is no longer a company on the list of ones for which I would like to work.
The interview had three rounds. One with a human resource HR manager, one with the hiring manager, and the final panel was done with more participants from various roles and departments.
Very thorough interview process consisting of several rounds. My interviewers asked thoughtful questions. There was quite a bit of preparation required for one of the interviews. All in all, a very positive experience.
I had 3 interviews:
1 with HR;
1 with the manager of the products team
And the last one was a follow up with the products team and the development director.
All interviews were very professionally held.
