First call will be with the recruiter to get a high level understanding of both the candidate, the company and the role. If you are a good fit, then you will be speaking with the hiring manager in the next call
The second call is with the hiring manager. It took less than 5 businesses days to get in touch with the hiring manager. We mostly talked about my prior experience as a CSM. I didn't have an official CSM role, but my prior experience in account management and account retention in a challenging business environment got me to the next step of the process.
The third part of the interview is an on-site interview at the headquarter office in Houston. The on-site was structured in two parts: first half of the day consisted of a series of interviews with key CSM leads and the second half of the day, I was expected to present. The presentation had to be prepared in either a QBR style or a renewal, that focused on one of the following topics: 1. showing the value of why a client should entertain an uplift on the renewal 2. showing the client on where they are at in the journey of your offering.
Upon completing the on-site interview, I was told that I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. HR was punctual and responded with next steps.
One week later, I received my final offer letter and the rest is history.
