Interview
Saw the job ad in online social media, so not sure if it was a real job requirement or company publicity. Heard of PTC, but didn't knew Smax? As the AI system is embedded to do the redundant work, I got matched and received a test paper. Completed it and with mail follow up got the next round schedule. But after the one-on-one interview I felt the person was looking for the same community or religion. As, state locals are in favour of job reservation for family and friends. The person was unprofessional, no manners to greet or end a call. Well when you get the job through internal referral and by hook or crook manipulate your long service in the organization, things will always be one sided always.
Experiencing all these, felt the AI integration by PTC management who are the real drivers of the org, made a wise decision.. Human innervation is creating the issue. The Panels are biased and misusing the power. Any Tech round and other rounds should have a recording for Audit and validation by Audit Panel with fair and unbiased decision. This is a matter of job and career for some people. Taking interviews with AI and saving the replies and answers will improve the loop holes and the bias attitude will be eliminated.
