Complete waste of time. Had 2 phone screens, HR and hiring manager, 1:1 with hiring manager, 1:1 with SVP and met with multiple employees in the local office over a 2 hour period. Spent hours upon hours preparing, traveling and meeting for 5 different stages of the process over a 4 month window for them to finally tell me the position was filled. Yet there is still a job posting that's been out there for over 7 months now. Not an interview process, just free consulting work in my opinion - be careful. I will give HR credit, they did an excellent job responding to my follow ups, coordinating the months long process and keeping appointment times.
