Interview
Phone interview followed by on-site interviews at PagerDuty's HQs in San Francisco. I spoke with a few individuals on the phone and then meet with management via Google Hangouts. Next step was to travel to San Francisco for a series of in-person interviews with various managers spanning different roles. I also requested to meet with peers in my position so that I could understand their day-to-day interactions.

Very through professional process that moved quickly with good feedback throughout. Careful to protect the culture and find the right fit.
Invited to corporate for a full day to meet and interview with the team, gave a 30-60-90 presentation on sales territory management.
Initial offer was very fair, met expectations and market standards.
