Phone screen with a recruiter, then 45 minute call with the hiring manager. Went well but then they disappeared for a month. The recruiter would not even reply to multiple e-mails I sent her. The whole interaction with HR was handled very poorly, I expected to have a different experience based on the ratings posted from employees.
