I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
I just got a phone interview for a PM open position after the recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin. I am currently employed so I didn't specifically wanted to change job but was interested in the business. The recruiter described the company and the role but the interview turned short as they were looking for someone with custom-facing experience. Reading through my CV would have saved time on both side.

Question 1
Is the position in line with your experience/expectations?
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Call with recruiter to discuss role was supposed to be informal conversation but recruiter seemed to ask more involved interview questions. Shared what next steps would be- hiring manager, onsite etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
Bad experience. The process was unprofessional and dragged out. The recruiter seemed to have no sense of what the role was. They have a competly different title and description for the role internally, and I was told by an interviewer himself that the projects are often boring, contain a lot of admin work and no travel.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
Spoke with 3 people over the phone, two were TPMs. Had an on-site interview and spoke with 3 more TPMs. Finally, I flew to headquarters and spoke with 3 hiring managers.
