HR was quite terrible, a company should never have HR to ask technical questions because they don't have a clue.
1. HR letter asking to schedule an interview, replied, didn't hear a thing for about 2 weeks
2. Wrote a follow up letter to HR, HR responded and said it has been scheduled at this date and time, w/o asking my scheudle
3. Telephone interview
4. 3 days later, a thanks but no thanks

Basic behavioral
1. Playing a game of too high and too low to guess a number between 1 and 1000. What is the maximum time it takes to get a right answer?
2. How many bits does it take to store 100,000
3. Describe the basic functions of a hashmap
Two stage interview: phone + followup interview.
Through out the entire process the interviewers showed racial biases. They don't know how to read CVs. They basically wanted to deflect the questions and avoid answering. The entire organization works on the basis of racial profiling of non-white individuals. They only hire white people for technical roles. Interview process is rude, discriminatory, and from the very beginning to antagonize candidates of non-white backgrounds. They even say during the interview stages that the CV should have been filtered out from their systems as they actively do not hire non-whites. This is a racist company and they actively have practices of this nature through their entire recruitment processes.

Expedited process through the coding challenge. Went straight into the phone interview. Recruiter contacted me after finding my profile on Piazza. We came to a mutual agreement that I wouldn't due to the coding challenge after discussing my current timeline. The company was gracious to reschedule my interview after I lost my phone.
