I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
Had a standard phone screen with behavioral questions and two simple algorithm questions (binary search, finding a non-duplicate in a list of duplicate numbers)
Last phone interview was to debug with a customer over the phone, took too long and interviewer gave me the answer.
No offer but didn't seem like a particularly interesting position

Process takes about 2 weeks. Applied on college job website, and was invited an on-campus interview. Interview is about 30 minutes, mostly behavior questions on resume, but also some technical questions but not hard.(Like giving an array of random numbers which each number appears two times except one number, find that number). Then got couple of e-mails told me rejected.
