Palantir first reached out to me for a potential opportunity. I first had a 10-minute informal call with an HR person. Next, they reached out to me again to schedule a zoom call with one of the deployment strategists. The strategist didn't seem experienced at all with an interview process, and I got a feeling that she was completely overwhelmed with the amount of work she had to deal with. The interview questions felt somewhat random and aimless. They notified me after two days that I didn't make it to the next round.

It was only sql and I prepared for a heavy software interview but they mainly asked data engineering and sql questions. Overall ok but I wish i prepared more sql.
