First round phone screen, they had a lot of applicants so you have to apply very early in the cycle to b considered for a position. They asked me if I was interested in also being considered for the normal software engineering role

recruiter screen, non technical, then LC medium, then learning and decomposition. the decomposition is like a system design question but without any nitty gritty technical details. and learning is something you just cant really prepare for.

It started off with a recruiter call where they asked about logistics and basic questions like why Palantir. Then I got invited to the decomposition and learning round where I got rejected. Decomp is a bit like system design and learning is they introduce a new concept and want you to apply it on the spot.
