I applied online. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (London, England)
Interview
A bit disorganized especially during the initial stage, while the recruiter was responsive and kind enough to reschedule, the coding interview was a bit of a mess as they used an outsourced company for this, person from that service was late to the call, clearly not prepared and quite rude.

Interview
Went really well. Contacted prior. Interviewer professional, on time. The interview itself was interesting compared to other tech companies. Makes you think more compared to typical coding interviews, e.g. there were decomposition questions and questions that they see how you're able to solve impossible problems.

Interview
First there was a phone interview with a hiring manager, they really tried to see if you wanted to work there, then a technical interview round that I failed. I forgot about what else was after

Question 1
They asked why Palantir and you have to give some BS answer like, oh I think the stuff Palantir does is ethically appealing etc. :|
