Did a phone screen and multiple on site visits. They didn't seem to know what they wanted or what skills they needed. Felt like the people interviewing were just over worked and needed more heads.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks in Jan 2024
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter, followed by easy live coding with hiring manager. Scheduled with several peers. Provided instructions on how to prepare but the questions were totally unrelated. One interviewer tried to use a collaborative diagramming tool that was not working well at all and wasted a lot of time on it.
