HR and Manager rounds were okay but the technical interviewer was the most pathetic one I have seen in my life. The interviewer was adamant about asking questions about what he wanted rather than what was written in the resume. He was telling me he was surprised that my profile was shortlisted when they needed more years of experience. seems to be very toxic and opinionated people working here. He was asking me to join their 3rd party company and start working as a consultant while this role was for a lead consultant.
