This company lands somewhere between incompetent and not actually respecting candidates and the time it takes to prepare and interview. I interviewed for two different roles,the last of which was a 9 week process. You get an interview scheduled, complete it, then wait for a week for feedback. If that was positive, then you get another scheduled for a week out. It continues like this for 6 or 7 repetitive rounds where you get asked the same questions each time. I kept asking my recruiter for updates and would get generic and unhelpful answers. Finally, after waiting over a month since the last round, and asking for updates along the way, I was informed that the hiring manager went with another candidate. Do not waste your time here expecting to have a positive experience.
